Ashwagandha scientific name is Withania somnifera. Other names are Indian ginseng, poison gooseberry and many more. It is used for centuries ancient Indian Ayurvedic medicine. Ashwagandha is such a herb which can cur from many diseases. It is grown in all parts of India. It also found in Nepal, China, and Yemen. Ashwagandha plant has yellow flowers. The roots of this plant are dried up and used for medicinal purpose. It uses for many purposes like reducing stress, promotes stamina, skin disease, and many more.

1) Reduce stress and Anxiety

Ashwagandha is used as a normal tonic as well as reducing daily stress. As today working whole day with focus and all are difficult. So using Ashwagandha can help you to relieve some stress. It is especially used to calm the nerves. Anxiety is a general stress response preserved during human development. Dosage of Ashwagandha 

1. You can take one capsule twice a day of 500mg.
2. Take one capsule in the morning and another one is before going to bed.
3. Take half an hour before a meal.
